Whittington freed

A former Australian soldier involved in the botched 60 Minutes child abduction in Beirut has left Lebanon. Adam Whittington was photographed at a Lebanese airport with his lawyer Joe Karam, according to a post on a Facebook page. It’s expected he will fly to Sweden to be reunited with his wife Karin and two young sons.
