❚ Cadbury chocolate has never tasted the same since they changed the ingredients – too sweet and lacking in creaminess. Now another reason not to buy it with the closure. Boycott it. Whittaker’s is a far superior product. W Wing ❚ The texters wanting to ban the hijab and the burqa are coming from a place of fear and ignorance. We are a free country. We can wear what we want. That’s why they came here. ❚ So sad to see in your paper another young cat who had kitten and is now looking for a home. Where are the people who got her as a kitten then couldn’t or wouldn’t get her spayed. They should never be allowed another cat unless it’s spayed or neutered, as it’s a cycle for some lowlifes – get a kitten, it grows up, gets preggy, they dump it and get another. There should be laws to prevent such owners. Upset moggy lover ❚ With all these community pubs and clubs closing down, where do people gather and connect anymore? The Plaza, I suppose. ❚ President Trump has an unfair press and I wish we could get rid of the TPPA here and man our borders more securely too. Our immigrants are getting what state houses we have left reserved for them in a housing shortage here.
