Bahrain start for F1
The start of the Formula One seasonwas delayed by one week yesterday after the Australian Grand Prixwas postponed because of the Covid-19 pandemic. With the race in Melbourne moved frommarch to November, the seasonwill nowstart in Bahrain on March 28. The Australian race, initially set to open the season onmarch 21, has been rescheduled to November 21with F1 organisers citing ‘‘the ongoing situation regarding Covid-19.’’ The Chinese Grand Prix has also been postponed.
