Deadline for award nominations extended

The nominations deadline for the 10th National Pacific Business Trust Awards has been extended, and will now close on September 23 at 5pm.

While a healthy number of nominations have been received, a number of potential finalists have contacted the Trust requesting more time to prepare their entry.

Pacific Business Trust Chair Fa’amatuainu (Inu) Tino Pereira says feedback from potential nominees influenced the decision to extend the deadline.

The National Pacific Business Trust Awards provide a unique platform to celebrate Pacific business success, focus on growth and sustainability of Pacific enterprises and recognise innovation.

They celebrate the growing number of Pacific entrepreneurs and established businesses that contrib- ute positively to the health of the NZ economy.

The Pacific Business Trust is a ‘not for profit’ Charitable Trust set up in 1985, providing economic development services for Pacific Businesses and Business People within New Zealand.
