Grovetown cause tennis upset
Grove Tavern Grovetown pulled off the upset of the night at the Forrest Winery Marlborough Tennis Centre on Wednesday.
They upset table-topping Renwick Whitehaven four matches to two in round four of the Allan Scott premier interclub competition.
Renwick made a good start in the men’s doubles, the rep duo of Dave Sandford and Chris Nott prevailing 6-3, 6-3 over Brendon Sutherland and Darin Herd.
