keep­ing pro­ce­dures, cus­tomer ser­vice skills, com­mu­ni­ca­tion in­clud­ing con­flict res­o­lu­tion, team and in­di­vid­ual de­vel­op­ment, fa­cil­i­tat­ing a team en­vi­ron­ment, health and safety and sport man­age­ment is­sues, and grow­ing and de­vel­op­ing your sport.

To be el­i­gi­ble to at­tend you must have coached a sports team/ ath­lete for at least three sea­sons and will continue to coach at in­ter­me­di­ate level or above for the du­ra­tion of the course or be cur­rently per­form­ing an ad­min­is­tra­tive role, ei­ther paid or vol­un­tary. Cour­ses start in Septem­ber each year and par­tic­i­pants must at­tend two two- hour evening ses­sions each month.

Coaches course is 15 months; ad­min­is­tra­tors 12 months.

Note: Coaches will also be re­quired to at­tend some full-day Sun­day ses­sions. Ap­pli­ca­tions close on Au­gust 30.
