Let users pay

I have been saying for months it is ridiculous that the tourists who stop in the buses do not pay to use the toilets.

How hard would it be to convert them to user pays?

Not at all difficult I would say.

Where in the world can you use toilets for nothing?

If the council is paying to have them cleaned three times a day who is paying for this in the end?
