Budgeters embrace Facebook

-

The first three months of the year have been very busy for the Matamata Household Budget Advisory Service. Client and advice-only numbers have increased and their Facebook page is proving a good medium of communication.

The comments and tips people through are very much appreciated.

Due to the increased demand at their offices in Tui St a weekly budgeting service in Waharoa has been introduced.

It is available at the Waharoa Community Hall (corner of Mowbray Rd and Ward St) on Tuesday mornings from 10.30am till noon, appointments are preferable but not necessary, bearing in mind however it is on a first come, first served basis.

As with all the services provided by Matamata Household Budget Advisory Service, everyone is welcome and it is free and confidential.

Those wanting further information phone 888 5692 or 027 BUDGET1.

You can also contact Matamata Household Budget Advisory Service through their website or Facebook page.

Matamata Household Budget Advisory Service is also fundraising by selling Entertainment Books for the 2013/14 year which will be available in early April. There are only a limited number of these so if you are interested be quick!

Books this year are $60 but, as always, they contain more than $1000 worth of offers for restaurants, arts, attractions, hotel accommodation etc.

Not only are they great for yourself, they also make super gifts. For more information please call 888 5692 or pop into the office.
