Di­rec­tors a mixed bunch

Over the years there have been a num­ber of di­rec­tors come and go.

Cur­rently there are nine who have shares in the com­pany. There are no silent part­ners. If you don’t work for COMAG you can’t be a di­rec­tor or share­holder. This in turn gives the busi­ness a built-in suc­ces­sion plan, with the ma­jor­ity of di­rec­tors still in their trade and un­der­tak­ing projects.

Kevin Dare

Bruce Ma­gan Ltd for more than 30 years. He is the com­pany’s cur­rent gen­eral man­ager.

has spent the past 10 years work­ing for COMAG. The plumber/gas­fit­ter lives in Tau­ranga with part­ner Rach and their three chil­dren Tayla, Fynn and Ryka. Colin has 40 years ex­pe­ri­ence in the in­dus­try.

Allan Price,

along with Kevin and Rene, has been with COMAG since the be­gin­ning. He also spent more than 10 years work­ing for Bruce Ma­gan Ltd. Allan, who is a plumber, is born and bred in Mata­mata and with wife Lesley, has three chil­dren – Amy, Jason and Scott.

is a born and bred Mata­mata-ite. He has a part­ner, Lily. Hay­den is a plumber/gas­fit­ter and has worked for COMAG since 2003.

wel­comed their first child, Beau­den. He has spent the past 10 years work­ing for COMAG.

is COMAG’s es­ti­ma­tor. He has been with COMAG since the be­gin­ning but also spent a year work­ing for Bruce Ma­gan Ltd. He is born and bred in Mata­mata and lives here with wife Mi­randa and their three chil­dren Ja­cob, Conor and Ruby. Over the past 10 years,

Michael Mead

in Mata­mata and lives here with wife Carly.

Warrick Ross

has spent 12 years at COMAG as a plumber/ gas­fit­ter. He and wife Danielle have two chil­dren, Eve­lyn and Ros­ali, with another on the way.

has spent the past 20 years work­ing for COMAG as a roofer. He is also born and bred in Mata­mata. He won a New Zealand Roof­ing Ex­cel­lence Award in 2011. He and wife Jamie have three chil­dren – Holly, Miya and So­phie.
