Directors a mixed bunch

Over the years there have been a number of directors come and go.

Currently there are nine who have shares in the company. There are no silent partners. If you don’t work for COMAG you can’t be a director or shareholde­r. This in turn gives the business a built-in succession plan, with the majority of directors still in their trade and undertakin­g projects.

Kevin Dare

Bruce Magan Ltd for more than 30 years. He is the company’s current general manager.

has spent the past 10 years working for COMAG. The plumber/gasfitter lives in Tauranga with partner Rach and their three children Tayla, Fynn and Ryka. Colin has 40 years experience in the industry.

Allan Price,

along with Kevin and Rene, has been with COMAG since the beginning. He also spent more than 10 years working for Bruce Magan Ltd. Allan, who is a plumber, is born and bred in Matamata and with wife Lesley, has three children – Amy, Jason and Scott.

is a born and bred Matamata-ite. He has a partner, Lily. Hayden is a plumber/gasfitter and has worked for COMAG since 2003.

welcomed their first child, Beauden. He has spent the past 10 years working for COMAG.

in Matamata and lives here with wife Carly.

Warrick Ross

has spent 12 years at COMAG as a plumber/ gasfitter. He and wife Danielle have two children, Evelyn and Rosali, with another on the way.

has spent the past 20 years working for COMAG as a roofer. He is also born and bred in Matamata. He won a New Zealand Roofing Excellence Award in 2011. He and wife Jamie have three children – Holly, Miya and Sophie.
