Chiefs ready for semi final

The Chiefs have made a mockery of the travel factor once, and now they’ll back themselves to do it a second time in as many weeks as they ready for a blockbuster Super Rugby semifinal against the Hurricanes.

Tasked with an arduous trip to Cape Town to face the Stormers in their quarterfinal, the Chiefs stunned the hosts 60-21.

The Chiefs managed to score eight tries - four of which came as part of a 31-point spree in a 24-minute first-half spell, and three of which came in the final five minutes - were some of their best rugby of the season. Talk about a time to peak.
