CIVIC CENTRE

What a shame the council could not come up with a more attractive design for the [civic] centre which would be more suited to our lovely rural town. I think the design they have chosen might be more suited to a new modern city, there is nothing about it that relates to a farming town! The water feature should not be removed after being bequeathed by a family with strong ties to this town.
