Jenny Price, via Neighbourly As a cat lover and two-cat owner, I have always chosen to live in an area where my cats will be safe from busy roads. There are a number of other cat-loving neighbours nearby and we all look out for each other’s cats. The only thing I feel should be mandatory is that cat pets should be both neutered and microchipped.
