Gimblett Gravels, Hawke’s Bay

This wine was excellent with a cheese board, quince paste and walnut bread. It has a totally seductive bouquet and palate with aromas of fresh raspberries and red velvet cake, dark rose, blackberries, dark spices and crushed gravel soils. Firm textures, ripe tannins, vibrant, balanced, youthful and well made. RRP $60.
