Top award for VTNZ

-

VTNZ has been named Best Enterprise Workplace in the 2015 Best Workplaces Awards in November, while another motor industry-related organisation, the Motor Trade Association, was named Most Improved Small Workplace.

The IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Survey and Awards is New Zealand’s largest and longest running study of workplace climate and employee engagement. The annual programme identifies the best places to work in New Zealand as rated by their employees. Employees grade their workplace and employers across key categories including leadership, development, recognition and employee engagement.

The programme is supported by Kiwibank, the Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA) and AUT Faculty of Business and Law.

This year more than 30,000 employees from 193 New Zealand organisations representing private and public sectors participated in the survey, and 41 workplaces reached “finalist” status across the five employee size categories: Small, Small-Medium, Medium-Large, Large and Enterprise.
