The lat­est Launch X431 PAD II is avail­able on an ex­clu­sive and fac­to­ry­gen­uine ba­sis for the New Zealand and Aus­tralian mar­ket, and only through LaunchTech NZ.

All scan­ners sold via LaunchTech NZ come with free train­ing/phone sup­port and ac­cess to the Launch Cloud-based feed­back sys­tem. On­site train­ing is avail­able any­where in NZ at ad­di­tional travel cost to the work­shop.

The X431 PAD II is built to IP65 wa­ter­proof spec­i­fi­ca­tions, 1.5 me­tre drop-tested, and dust-proof de­sign, with an Open An­droid op­er­at­ing sys­tem for a true tablet ex­pe­ri­ence, and you can in­stall third party apps and soft­ware.

It also has the Launch nextgen­er­a­tion soft­ware suite, with OE-level ac­cess to Asian, Euro­pean and do­mes­tic ap­pli­ca­tions for mod­ule cod­ing, re­sets, re­learns and bidi­rec­tional ca­pa­bil­i­ties. There’s also code search: quick­est re­sponse for code so­lu­tions, auto searches Google with DTC and re­lated info, plus au­toID and all avail­able ve­hi­cle sys­tems and mod­ules.

It also does real-time re­mote di­ag­no­sis and can scan and clear codes on cus­tomer ve­hi­cles from thou­sands of km away, and fea­tures: Built-in cus­tomer man­age­ment soft­ware and link to the Launch on­line user com­mu­nity. Built-in ve­hi­cle main­te­nance and re­pair data­base. One-click Wi-Fi up­dates. Class-1 Blue­tooth 2.1 con­nec­tor for op­ti­mum wire­less con­nec­tiv­ity. High res­o­lu­tion cam­era with still and video ca­pa­bil­i­ties. 10.1 inch high res­o­lu­tion IPS ca­pac­i­tive touch screen. 12,000 mAh lithium-ion bat­tery with up to eight hours on a sin­gle charge.
