Free website offer

Nelson website building business Web Tonic is inviting people to vote for their favourite non-profit organisation to have a new website built free. Web Tonic owner Craig Cochrane said providing a free website was his way of giving back to the Nelson community. Cochrane had just launched the Nelson SPCA’s new website free because it was his favourite non-profit organisation. He then decided he wanted to do more. ‘‘It’s just a great thing to put into the Nelson market place and a great way for [charities] to move forward,’’ said Cochrane. The public have until November 30 to vote on webtonic.co.nz/ giving-back/. They must include why they think their chosen charity is deserving of the free website. A winner will be picked in December.
