Girls arrested after Taser play with baby

Three Arkansas girls have been arrested on child endangerment charges after a mother says she saw Snapchat videos of them using a stun gun near her 1-year-old daughter. An arrest report says the girls recorded the crying child while they zapped the stun gun in her direction in Conway, about 50km north of Little Rock. The report says the girls, whose names and ages have not been released, did not use the stun gun on the baby.
