What’s on in Nelson
❚ Nelson’s Quiet Dog Gallery is exhibiting Rosie Little’s solo exhibition: Heading West, Golden Bay Landscapes until November 10.
❚ The Story Inside My Head exhibition is a collaboration between writer Michelanne Forster and eight local artists, to reveal the stories behind the artists’ work, at Nelson’s Refinery ArtSpace until October 27.
❚ On That Place Where We Stand is an exhibition of Mark Baskett’s recent works at the Refinery ArtSpace until October 27.
❚ Eight-piece jazz band The Jac is touring New Zealand, hitting Motueka on October 19 at 7.30pm at the Chanel Arts Centre. Admission $20, or $5 for children. Tickets available from Floral Affaire, Motueka or on the door.
