State decree needed

I read yet another letter today, screaming for climate action. But individuals will never voluntarily make changes of sufficient magnitude. Only a state decree could force us to make them. Yet any elected government attempting to impose the necessary draconian steps for change would probably lose its next election. What is needed?

1. Flying should be severely rationed.

2. Fuel should be VERY expensive, and single car traffic banned in many areas.

3. Agri-chemicals need severe controls.

4. More than two children should be prohibitively expensive.

5. Immigration should be tightly restrained.

6. Controls on pets, fashion, plastics and water use.

Do we wait for a coup and a benevolent dictator; waffle until our doom is sealed; or urge our MPs to bite the bullet now? Israel, she thrives. Her people, language, currency, agriculture including forests, vineyards and water have been restored as foretold over 2000 years ago. She exports edible produce all over the world. Israel’s technological, industrial and tourism growth has flourished. Israel sends relief aid to nations suffering natural disasters or human conflict including her enemies – Syria, Palestine, Japan, Turkey, Philippines, Haiti, Serbia, Bosnia. Solar power and water aid provided to over 750, 000 people.

Save A Child’s Heart aid has provided free transport to and from Israel, medical staff and surgery, to over 4000 children in 50 countries who had serious heart conditions.

Israel provides aid and care to others in need.

I love Israel.
