Service initiatives

Alongside the Escape launch Ford announced a range of new service initiatives, many of which will assist fleet owners. Extended roadside assistance – an extra 12 months Roadside assistance with each standard service – even after the standard three year roadside assistance. Loan Cars – Late model loan cars for any Ford booked for a scheduled service at a Ford dealer. Ford Mapcare – Customers with SYNC2 will get a free map update annually at scheduled service for seven years. Ford vehicle report card – One page report at each service.
