New mobile tracking units: Firstly, one the size of a standard smart phone, the unit has approximately a five to seven-day battery standby and is rechargeable through either a vehicle 12-volt cigarette or USB port. This unit will show up on the Cartrack Fleet pages as would a normal hardwired GPS/GSM unit. This has an in-built panic button which can be configured to send to our 24-hour control room, or to a number of dedicated SMS or email recipients. Clients have full functionality available to them such as driver behaviour, trip logs, geo-fencing and much more. A dedicated personal mobile mini tracker with an inbuilt panic button, which is much smaller and concealable. This is ideal for those in a dedicated lone worker situation and has full tracking capabilities. New asset tracking device, battery operated, with a life of up to three years depending on configuration. This sends alerts for motion start and stop and can be configured to send a location from once per day right through to every five minutes. This device has geo-fencing capability with warning for low battery power. This new asset tracker will show movement of trips on the new Cartrack fleet pages. Mi-fleet is a new software compliance tool.
