VOLVO FOR LOADOUT SOLUTIONS

Guy Alan and Geoff Hill, of Loadout Solutions in Gisborne, have put a new Volvo EC300DL factory-built forestry carrier to work on the East Coast. The new EC300DL is fleeting and loading logs and 16m stems for one of the BBL crews. Operator, Colin ‘Buzz’ Black, has been impressed with the machine’s power and ability on the landing, and out in the cut-over. The new EC300DL came fully rigged from the factory, including the LED lighting package with no extra work required to be done locally, other than fitting a grapple. This EC300 was spec’d with a Rotobec 6065 Super HD grapple. The sale was made by Ewen Satherley of TransDiesel, pictured with Colin (left) and the new Volvo.
