Then there are those that create theirs. But for Raglan’s Billy Stairmand it seems he has had a little helping hand. While this initial dump from the sky was enough to throw old Bill off his game, the luck that it has flowed on from this moment, has world athletic doping organisations in a a state of confusion, and they are currently trying to work out a way that they can test for good luck brought upon by being shat on by a seagull. This phenomena gives one superior luck in catching waves and tuning ladies, and simply isn’t providing others with a sporting chance.
