"I created three mille crêpe cakes, featuring 25 layers of thin handmade French crêpes: blackfores­t filled with chocolatec­herry cream and a hint of rum; strawberry cream cheese topped with fresh strawberri­es; and a romantic red velvet creation sprinkled with lychee coconut cookie crumbs." Styled with: Glass vase from Tessuti, concrete cake stands from Creative Style, silver and black champagne flutes by Vera Wang for Wedgwood from Smith & Caughey's.
