GREEN SMOOTHIE

Delicious and creamy, this green smoothie is rich in enzyme-live foods that taste great and make you feel fabulous.
1 cup plant-based milk, such as
almond, coconut, oat, rice
2 cups greens such as spinach
or kale
1 banana (peeled)
2 kiwifruit (skins on or off, your choice) 1 / avocado (peeled and the 2 pit removed)
1 tsp Spirulina powder
1 tsp barley grass powder
1cm piece fresh ginger, peeled Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix well until smooth. Serve cold.
