This week’s model Taryn shares her beauty tips with us…

What is the best tip a make-up artist has ever given you? Always have two shades of foundation – one for winter and one for summer when your face gets a little bit of colour. Mix them together if needed.

What is your most recent skincare purchase? A vitamin C serum, which I mix in with my daily sunscreen every morning. Next on my list is a vitamin A serum for night-time.

And your most recent make-up buy? M.A.C Face and Body Foundation. A make-up artist used it on me for a job and

I just loved the natural, dewy look it gave my skin.

Favourite fragrance find: Monsieur Balmain. It’s actually a men’s fragrance but I love the spicy, citrus freshness of it. Biggest beauty blooper ever? Oh, my goodness, when I look back on photos of myself in the ’90s wearing caked on foundation, dark lip liner and lighter coloured lips,

I just cringe!

Do you have any special body beauty rituals? Before using self-tanner, I make my own exfoliator by mixing together coconut oil and baking soda to rub over my body. It works a treat.

One product you can’t live without? My California Gold Nutrition CollagenUp. It’s a health supplement with marine collagen, hyaluronic acid and vitamin C that I’ve been taking for about 12 months for my skin, hair and nails.
