Recruit some friends and it’ll be a blast. Put on a BBQ at the end of the day and everyone will love you for it.

CAPRICORN Dec 23 – Jan 20

Not feeling the fire in your belly at the start of the week? Does it look like one big pile of work ahead? Get some coffee, have a good breakfast, play some music and start the work, be it physical, administrative or intellectual. Keep up the momentum and the job will be done faster than you expect.

AQUARIUS Jan 21 – Feb 19

There’s excitement in the workplace and this is where you’re in your element. You’ll make the most of every opportunity. By the new year, there’ll be offers on the table. At the moment, your career is more important than Christmas shopping, but do leave yourself time to get something for loved ones.

The countdown to Christmas has begun and everyone around you is in a mad panic while you’re sitting there calm and rather smug because all your shopping is done! Mind you, you do have a habit of wrapping everything at the last minute, so you could get that done a little earlier this year.

Check details, tick off lists, and confirm that other people have done what they’re supposed to. Also, check that your turkey is on order!

This is not the week to kick up your heels and go rogue. Stay in close communication with home and work. Unexpected issues will arise that will need immediate attention. Nothing serious, but things will need to be done there and then to prevent something more serious from happening.

Your finances have been or will be stretched with an unexpected outlay of cash. You still have enough to enjoy the Christmas season, and you will recover in the new year. You’ll be a little emotional this season – fond memories will be brought to the surface by a visitor – but the tears are good ones.
