Generation Homes commits to Millwater
Generation Homes Auckland North has opened a new Millwater show home that will help give residential buyers a good idea of the lifestyle they can achieve.
Millwater has motorway access to both the North Shore and Auckland city meaning the dream lifestyle is backed by an easy work commute.
The subdivision is a mixture of low, medium and high-density homes being built on around 300 hectares of land, making it one of largest residential developments in greater Auckland.
Generation Homes regional partner Peter Suckling says the new show home opened September 24, at 4 Colonial Drive within the Bonair stage of the subdivision.
Millwater will eventually consist of five communities, named after the original farms – Bonair, Ridgedale, Arran Hills, Arran Point and
Seaview.
Buyer enquiries for Millwater have been strong, with homes now generally selling for more than $1 million. Generation Homes’ land and house packages are prices between $1.195 million and $1.29 million.
The Millwater development and wider surrounding area will eventually cater for more than 10,000 people. The number of services for the region has already multiplied and there are a growing number of schools adjoining the subdivision and within the wider catchment.
There is already a retail heart to Millwater, with shops and a supermarket, plus a Farmers store underway. Other services include child care facilities, doctors’ facilities and various sporting and recreational facilities.
‘‘Millwater will certainly become somewhere you can work, live and play. You don’t necessarily have to be commuting anywhere,’’ Peter says.
Generation Homes Auckland North offers such features as 100 per cent fixed price and an on-time delivery guarantee a highly desirable feature for prospective buyers.
Generation Homes’ customers can choose from a wide range of architecturally designed house plans.
