Kitchen is launching a cafe and evening dining venture at Lake House Arts in Takapuna, opening March 3. Kitchen is currently the head chef for Number 5 restaurant, Le Chef in O’Connell St in the city and previously, Pinot Plus in Takapuna. He also judges at culinary events around New Zealand, he is a member of the NZ Chefs Association and trains up and coming chefs and stewards to Class Winners at local and national culinary events. As head chef of Le Chef, he won the Golden Knife Award 2016 Restaurant Month.
