Gen­tle fit­ness: Essentrics is a gen­tle fit­ness pro­gramme for all lev­els, in­clud­ing strength­en­ing, stretch­ing, ton­ing the body, in­creas­ing flex­i­bil­ity and im­prov­ing pos­ture.
