PET BLESSING: On Sunday October 2, the Taranaki Cathedral, in conjunctio­n with the SPCA, will be holding its annual Pet Blessing at the 10am service which is held in the Peace Hall, Vivian Street, New Plymouth. Many animals are being sourced to be part of the service, and members of our clergy and wider community are getting into the spirit of things and wearing costumes.
