FATAL CRASH NEAR CULVERDEN

Two people died yesterday after a car and truck crashed in North Canterbury. The crash happened on State Highway 7, about 5 kilometres north of Culverden, just after 8am. Both people who died were travelling in the car. The truck driver was not injured. Senior Sergeant Paul Reeves said the Serious Crash Unit was investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
