Repco Rangiora marks dynamic new look with sale
The Repco Rangiora store is holding a big Rangiora Sale Bonanza event this Saturday and everyone is invited. Repco is the largest provider of quality aftermarket vehicle parts, solutions and accessories in New Zealand and this is something the Repco Rangiora store is celebrating.
To celebrate a recent refresh, the Repco Rangiora team will be holding a sausage sizzle from 10am to 2pm, with all proceeds going to Canteen, and plenty of in-store specials on the day. The public will also be able to meet the team, browse through the store and sign up to Repco’s Platinum Card which provides a 10 per cent discount on products storewide.
The refresh creates a dynamic, innovative yet functional store.
Branch manager Stewart King says the store now stocks well over 100,000 automotive parts and has the largest range of oil in Rangiora.
‘‘No-one in Rangiora carries the range of car parts that we do. Repco is consistently re-investing in more parts for more cars which makes this what an ‘auto store ought to be’.
‘‘Our new store refresh was important and necessary to enable us to showcase our expanding range of automotive parts and accessories to keep up with customer demand, which in turn means we have more available when our customers need it.’’
Stewart heads a skilled team of eight staff who, he says, are all passionate about the automotive industry. Within the team there is a full-time sales representative who services the trade industry.
‘‘It’s all part of the personal service we give to our customers. Our knowledge is hugely beneficial, particularly if a car has failed a warrant of fitness and needs a new part,’’ he says.
‘‘We can identify the part required and supply a new one faster than anyone else.’’
Stewart himself has been with the store for 12 years, having worked in all areas of the business before taking on the branch manager role.
‘‘Other staff members have also been with the store for long periods of time and we have both men and women aged 16 to 63 years, so there is a good range of experience and skills within the team,’’ he says.
