Northern Outlook

FROM THE EDITOR

-

There really isn’t any greater place to be during spring and early summer than North Canterbury. Last week, I don’t think a day went by that there wasn’t a brilliant event to attend or special occasion to celebrate.

Most of these events come through these very pages and, if we can, we attend. We love getting out into the community, talking to people and getting great photos to share with the rest of the region.

If you’ve got an event coming up that you think we should be at, don’t hesitate to let us know. You may want to include it in our listings, which we can also add to our social platforms including Neighbourly (also a great place to list your events) and if you’re really keen to get a reporter or photographer along, do let us know.

The best way to list events is through the Neighbourly site –

– as we get those notifications automatically. But you’re always more than welcome to drop me or one of the reporters an email or give us a call.

We’d love to be there for you. – Shannon
