Other examples include: • “Let’s Plan, Let’s Talk” programme which is an organisation-wide initiative focussed on impactful performance and development planning. • Project and secondment opportunities, actively providing real on-the-job experience beyond current roles. • The “Frontrunner” Team Initiative where people from across the business work together as champions of change or facilitators for key culture programmes and activities. • Educational Study Support – a partial fee subsidy and/or flexible working to support higher education.
