BUZZING OUT

-

I suppose we all have plants in our gardens that go unappreciated; I have two sedum clumps down the back of my section. But yesterday when I wandered around the garden looking for roses to pick, I noticed that the clump in full sun was absolutely teaming with honeybees.

My humble Sedum spectabile clump is now my Spectacular Sedum and will be divided and spread around the garden. And my neighbour has put in an order for plants, so our area will serve these bees a bit better. Wendy Marshall, CHRISTCHURCH
