HAPPINESS PROJECT

Moving from the city to the country meant an exciting new chance to have a go at growing ‘Skyscraper’ sunflowers ( Helianthus annuus, Kings Seeds) as part of a work competition. Despite a few near misses with high winds, the sunflowers stood their ground and grew to 3m tall – at last measure. The bumblebees loved visiting, smothering their furry bodies in yellow pollen.
