This simple assembly makes a smart little party pass-around.
Puff pastry sheets Poached quinces Shaved parma ham Camembert
Fresh rosemary, chopped
Heat oven to 175°C. Slice pastry into 5-6cm squares using a pizza cutter. Prick each square with a fork, place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, until cooked through. Before serving, top each square with a slice each of quince, camembert and ham and a sprinkle of rosemary; briefly reheat under a hot grill.
