A SHARED FAVOURITE
This gluten- free gingerbread recipe has quite a following. It is a favourite of Wellington caterer Ruth Pretty, chef Al Brown and thisNZlife editor Emma Rawson, who has been obsessed with it for years. It’s a “shared” recipe, passing relatively unchanged from person to person because it is so good.
