North Canterbury Wine & Food Festival

12 March, Glenmark Domain, Waipara Valley Food, wine, sustainability and homegrown are key themes at North Canterbury’s celebration of good things grown in the Waipara Valley. Staged under a cluster of picturesque oak trees, the boutique-style festival line-up includes Pegasus Bay, Black Estate, Mt Beautiful, The Boneline, Kaikoura Cheese, Cakes by Anna, Christchurch chef Jonny Schwass and the ConversatioNZ tent where producers discuss their food and wine philosophies.
