One of the most enduring shows of all time, this lavish international production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat comes to New Zealand reinvented for a new generation. The show exudes all the colour, wit and energy of this irresistible family musical while adding a contemporary twist. A joyous retelling of the Biblical story of Joseph, his 11 scheming brothers and his coat of many colours, Joseph is a kaleidoscope of catchy songs and colourful dance numbers – Any Dream Will Do, Close Every Door To Me and Go Go Go Joseph – parodying various musical styles from rock ‘n’ roll to country and western, French ballad, calypso and jazz. The ultimate feel- good show, Joseph will once again see New Zealand audiences cheering the music of Lloyd Webber. Great family packages and kids’ prices available. The TRENZSEATER collection of vintage decolourised handcarved rugs from Italy offers authentic, traditional antique rugs that have undergone a decolouration process and subsequent monochromatic re- dyeing to give a consistent colour to the rug while offering a more edgy finish. The resemblance of the old vintage rug still remains, however. The rugs are hand- knotted and hand- carved to give a 3D effect. No two rugs are the same and due to the dyeing process each rug takes on a different hue and effect giving the over- dyed rug unique shading and tones. nz
