ALMOND MILK YOGHURT

Thishis is a yoghurtghu­rt made withith amixa mix of almond mondmilk milk andnd cows’ milk.

INGREDIENT­SNGREDIENT­S

● 1 litre cows’milk*cows’ milk* *in the supermarke­t look for full-fat, ‘farmhouse’ etc ● 1 litre almond milk or rice milk ● 2 tbsp plain yoghurt OR ● 2 heaped tbsp Lactobacil­lus acidophilu­s culture

HOW TO MAKE

1. Mix the milks together and warm to 37°C. 2. Add the culture and mix, then place in a yogurt-maker or thermos for 12 hours or overnight. 3. The result is a yoghurt that is not very thick and best used as a drink.
