Chervil dressing for salads

INGREDIENT­S

Large handful of chervil leaves,

roughly scissored 4-5 chive leaves, scissored 3 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/3 cup of mild-tasting olive oil black pepper ¼ tsp salt ½ tsp sugar

METHOD Combine ingredient­s in a bowl and whisk to blend. Add to blanched vegetables – courgettes and carrots work well.
