I made this cheese us­ing jam jars full of wa­ter as the weights (250ml = 250g) and Sis­tema pickle con­tain­ers to store it in. I cubed this cheese two days af­ter I made it and used it on a salad – it was re­ally tasty, a very vi­able al­ter­na­tive to feta cheese.
