Alembics advanced distillation & aromatics course

Date: May 13-14 Where: Auckland Botanic Gardens, Manukau This course will focus on the processes involved in making raw materials for natural perfumes. Expert tutor Jill Mulvaney will be showing how to use invasive species and only aromatic plants that are available in Australia and NZ. Course will include correct plant identification tips, and sustainable harvesting techniques.
