Michael Van de Elzen The renowned New Zealand Hos­pi­tal­ity Hall of Fame in­ductee and tele­vi­sion per­son­al­ity is pop­u­lar for his in­ven­tive twists on favourite food truck fare, and is re­spected as an award-win­ning restau­ra­teur and suc­cess­ful cook­book au­thor.
