Salad burnet dip

1 tub cream cheese hand­ful salad burnet, finely chopped salt and ground pep­per milk, yo­ghurt or sour cream


Blend the cream cheese, the salad burnet leaves, salt and ground pep­per. Add a lit­tle milk, yo­ghurt or sour cream to soften if de­sired. Serve with crack­ers or veg­etable sticks.
