5 WAYS TO USE BOK CHOY

Eat it raw

Wash thoroughly, chop, then toss in a little sesame oil and vinegar.

Stir fry

Roughly chop leaves and crunchy stalks, then add near the end of cooking.

Toss it on the barbecue

Cut baby bok choy in half, drizzle with oil, sprinkle over a little salt and grill, turning once.

Substitute it

Anywhere you can use celery, you can use bok choy.

Make a coleslaw

You can replace cabbage in a coleslaw with bok choy – chop finely.
