SHOT OF THE MONTH

-

Sometimes the best shots are those ones that you just grab on the fly, they are unplanned and spontaneous. Like this month’s shot submitted by Saret Em, or SARETvision. “I got picked up in a friend’s Mitsubishi Evo as he wanted to head down to Meremere for some night drags. We met up with the rest of his car mates at the petrol station, and rolled out together from there,” Saret told NZPC. En route to the track Saret was taking a few rolling shots of the cars, making use of the late afternoon sun, when this lowered R35 GT-R joined the convoy. “I think the owner was all good about me shooting it, judging by their happy faces seen through the windscreen.”

?? ?? Saret shot the GT-R using a Canon 60D equipped with a Tamron 24–70mm lens. The ISO was set to 100, the aperture at f11 and the shutter speed to a very slow 1/60th.
