HOHEPA SMILER FROM H&H PRODUCTIONS CAPTURED THIS RB DUST STORM USING A PANASONIC LUMIX DMCFZ50 CAMERA, EQUIPPED WITH A 55MM LENS AND MARUMI UV FILTER. THE CAMERA SETTINGS WERE ISO 100, SHUTTER SPEED 1/500 AND APERTURE, F/5.6. The first thing that sprung to mind when looking at this photo was drifting up over the rise at Hampton Downs turn three, a scene much more common for a Laurel like this than the well-carved dirt track captured here. But when its owner, Raymond Sutton, took the opportunity to compete at an autocross run by the Nelson Car Club in Wakefield, he proved you don’t need tarmac to have some sideways fun in your car. And best of all you will pick up some valuable car-control skills, while wearing the biggest ear-to-ear smile.
